POSITION: ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Our customers depend on their Account Representative to give them the right product in a timely fashion with friendly service. Account Reps work with a variety of people from entrepreneurs and church secretaries to employees of large corporations. On any given day you will handle phone conversations, write emails and help walk-in customers. You’ll deal with vendors and work closely with your co-workers to see jobs through to completion. Time management, courtesy, organization and flexibility are crucial.
A positive attitude and the desire to help others is also highly important. If you’re willing to learn and ready to contribute in a team environment, this position could be a good fit for you. Benefits include health insurance, vacation and 401k.

- Basic Computer Skills, 35 WPM Typing, Word, Outlook
